Sanding parts are the main working parts of the machine, and there are several forms according to different processing materials; The sander is mainly driven by the thickness fixing roller, driven roller, tension roller, non-woven roller, and the belt is driven by the main drive motor and V-belt to rotate at high speed.

When the abrasive belt is working, the tension roller will expand the belt frame. When the machine is stopped, the tension force will be removed. The tension roller is supported on the cylinder piston rod for lifting movement. When the abrasive belt is rising, it will be tightened. When the abrasive belt is falling, it will be loosened and controlled by the manual control valve (hand valve).

The sanding pad plays a role in increasing the sanding contact surface during work. When it is working, the sanding pad is pressed to the sanding belt for axial displacement from the inclined iron on the control shaft. The inclined plane is also connected with the pressing plate of the sanding pad to press the pad to generate cutting pressure on the surface of the board. The sanding pressure of the first thickness roll is realized by using the worm gear and worm driven bearing, and is matched with the sanding amount of the second thickness setting roll.
