C. Some of my work can make by your cnc wood lathe, how to compared with multi spindle cnc router and your cnc wood lathe?
Cnc wood lathe have one best advantage is he can turning the wood fast with the wood lathe cutter. Then it also can make engraving.
But this 4 axis cnc router machine also make make the wood cylinder and engraving, but it is slow for make wood turning, but it have advantage at engraving work.
Because it can engraving 8 /10/12 samples at one time work.
So if you make the wooden staircase handrail and need engraving, we suggest you with the cnc wood lathe to make wood turning, then use the 4 axis cnc router for engraving. This is the best selection for your wood cylinder work.
D. How to deal?
We will make a PI according to our negociate with you about the machine details and stamp for you.
If you think is no problem, please also stamped and scaned to me.
Then you can arrange prepayment for us, after we receive prepayment, we will arrange the manufacture, when machine done, we will take pictures and videos for you, if you satisfy please arrange the balanced payment, then i will arrange ship for you.
E. How to maintain the machine?
We will through phone or video to check where is the problem. If parts broken and during gurantee term, we can send you one new but need you return back the old one, but air freight need you share.
If out of gurantee term, we will supply at cost price.
F. How to study machine?
We can teach you for free if you come to our factory, engineer can go to your place but need your charge.

G. How we make the drawing for the 4 axis 3D carving machine?
Machine recognise G code, if you have G code is better, Or if you have the raw drawing, such as bmp format, we have english software for transform G code.
If have anything, suggest you buy one cnc scanner, it can scan the 3D structure, then use our software change is ok.
