Gluing

The gluing system is used to apply the glaze melt on the edge of the workpiece. The glue and edge sealing device uses a special mechanism to make the edge banding plate and the edge banding material evenly glued to ensure a stronger adhesion. The melted glue will fill the glaze glue. The mixture, the melt glue will be melted in the melt container, the rotating glue shaft will transport the hot glaze glue to the workpiece, and the quantitative device will control the supply amount and adjust the distance between the glue shaft and the workpiece.

End cutting

Rough Trimming

The rough repairing device is used to repair the excess edge banding material of the upper and lower parts of the processed sheet edge banding. It adopts the structure of automatic tracking and high-frequency high-speed motor to ensure the smoothness of the upper and lower parts of the sheet during trimming.

Fine Trimming

The finishing system is used for the finishing components at the upper and lower ends. The rough and finishing devices are used to repair the excess edge banding material on the upper and lower parts of the edge band of the sheet metal. It adopts the structure of automatic tracking and high-frequency high-speed motor to ensure the repair. The upper and lower parts of the edge plate are flat and smooth. This system is composed of two parts: primary trimming and secondary trimming. The primary trimming is a flat blade, and the secondary trimming is an arc knife.

Scraping

The edge scraping device is used to eliminate the ripple marks caused by the cutting process of the non-linear motion of the trimming, so that the upper and lower parts of the sapwood are smoother and cleaner.

Polishing

The polishing device uses a cotton polishing wheel to clean the processed plates, and polishes the end surface of the edge to be more delicate and smooth.
